Ian Lowe is the CEO of Castle Medical Holdings.
The group includes Castle Hill Medical Centre, operates a small bulk billing practice and has a large site under development in Marsden Park.
Having moved the main practice into Castle Mall 18 months ago the business has seen significant growth with the development of a range of new products and services.
Ian has a history of creating business growth including managing key divisions of Sony where he was ultimately responsible for 3000 dealers, 2500 SKU ?s and $300M of revenue as the head of Consumer AV.
After 18 years at Sony it was time for a change. A short stint in Sports Marketing led to a new role in hospitality and a move to the executive team at Rooty Hill RSL, one of Australia?s biggest clubs.
During his time at the RSL membership numbers grew, a new gym went from empty to 5000 members and loyalty programs and data analytics were introduced. In 2010 the launch of the ?Postcode? campaign saw record growth at the site bringing media attention and a Prime Ministerial debate to the club, a year later the PM spent an entire week in the clubs hotel.
Ian has a BE in Electronics and a Masters of Management and is an avid golfer.
He is now looking for further opportunities across the country to replicate the successful medical service offerings in Castle Hill.

CHMC has been an iconic medical practice in the hill?s community for 30 years - now located to a brand new practice in Castle Mall to keep up with the growing demands of the booming Hills District.
Our custom design modern practice has 23 GPs, space for nursing, preventative health team, on-site x-ray, podiatrist, psychology, physiotherapy, dietitian and a Cardiologist.
Castle Medical Holdings encompasses Castle Hill Medical Centre (CHMC) and the mid market Castle Medical Centres (CMC)
CHMC is the largest independent medical centre in Australia with revenues in excess of $11M/pa. Offering over 20 General Practitioners plus psychology, physiotherapy, pathology, radiology, pharmacy and corporate health services to more than 130,000 patients a year
CMC is a new business developed to fill a niche in the way GP services are offered and managed. The first site launched 2016 with new sites under development in the growing north west region of Sydney.
The core business is driven by customer service and the development of new revenue opportunities in the health services sector. New revenues come from the acquisition and development of sites for scaled medical services centres.
