James Wiltshire | Strategic Group Manager at Aveo Group
James visited his first retirement village in 2001 when working as a researcher at the University of New South Wales. It wasn’t long after this that James’ passion for the wellbeing of Australian Seniors got the better of him and after completing his Masters, James departed academia to work with some of the leading thinkers and pioneers of the Retirement Village Industry.
James takes great pride in having worked across every aspect of retirement living, from operations to sales, from driving the village bus to presenting strategic plans to some of the country’s leading operators.
More than 15 years on, James is the Strategic Group Manager at the Aveo Group, Australia’s leading owner and operator of retirement communities providing homes to 13,000 seniors across more than 90 communities nationally.
