Our Guest Speaker: Clayton Jude Managing Director of Osso Steaks and Ribs In 2000, at the brave young age of 24, Clayton decided to start his own business. Starting out by providing contract catering to various clubs around Sydney, Clayton moved onto acquisitions of outlets and from there onto restaurants.
Clayton is also the proud owner/restaurateur of Osso Penrith, CJ’s Crab Shack and Grill and the newly opened Osso at Rouse Hill Town Centre. His restaurants are aimed at providing diners with a premium palatable experience to taste an exquisite menu. With a strong presence and history in the industry, Clayton feels this is only just the beginning.
When asked, Clayton puts his success down to his values, “I’m a worker by nature and I believe it is necessary to lead by example”.
About our Host: Osso Steak & Ribs In 2009, Osso Steak and Ribs Restaurant opened its doors at Penrith Panthers to great success.
