David Inkster | Director PRD Nationwide Norwest
David has been a Director of Integrated Strata Management trading as PRD Nationwide Norwest for the last 18 years.
David has in excess of 25 years in the property industry in Australia and the UK.
His Knowledge and experience relates to managing a range of commercial, industrial, residential & mixed use development projects. He has worked on large projects from concept design through to the marketing & sale of development projects across Sydney. He is responsible for sales and leasing of commercial property & mixed use developments across the Sydney Metropolitan Area and PRD Norwest manages in excess of $2B in property.  
David transacted over $150M in site sales in 2015/2016 and PRD Norwest is currently working on Projects in the Hills with an end value of over $1B.
One of PRD Norwest’s projects is Capital Bluestone’s prestigious “Esplanade Norwest”, a landmark mixed use development based in Norwest Business Park.

David O’Neil| Group CEO Castle Hill RSL
David O’Neil is Chief Executive Officer of the Castle Hill RSL Group encompassing Castle Hill RSL Club, Parramatta RSL Club, Lynwood Country Club and C2K Fitness & Aquatic Centre. The Group has 580 employees, 50,000 members, $65 million annual turnover, $112 million in assets and it donates in excess of $1.3 million to local community and charitable organisations.

During the past decade the Group has reinvented itself through a $85 million building/infrastructure program and has experienced a significant shift in its internal and external organisational culture. 
The Group is a diverse multi-faceted hospitality, entertainment, sports and leisure centre operating a number of businesses including but not limited to - 456 EGM’s, 14 Bars and Restaurants, Events Centres, Show Rooms and 18 holes Championship "Links" Golf Course and one of Australia’s largest Fitness and Aquatic Centres. 

David has had 32 years hospitality and leisure management experience and 23 years as a Chief Executive Officer/Company Secretary. David gained formal qualifications through TAFE, Ryde Catering College and Southern Cross University and holds industry qualifications including a Fellow in Club Administration (FICA) is an Active Certified Club Manager (ACCM) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

David was a lecturer with TAFE NSW and has facilitated for a number of Registered Training Organisations and is a regular industry specialist / speaker at numerous National and International workshops and Conferences. 

David has held a number of industry advisory positions with the Registered Clubs Association (RCA), Australian Hospitality Review Panel (AHRP) and Club Management Development Association (CMDA). He was the Chairman of the Board of Management Studies and Vice President of the Club Managers Association of Australia (CMAA). 

2016 David was awarded a Life Membership of the Club Managers Association of Australia.
