John is a self- made, serial entrepreneur and the founding Director of a number of privately owned companies in Australia, including: Providence BSM (Buy, Sell, Merge), Best Practice Program, Best Practice Marketing, Providence Advice Services, Cashflow Momentum, Website In A Day, SEO In A Day and Video Marketing Experts.
John will be speaking to us about “Small Business – Business Mastery”.
John has studied the mindset of entrepreneurs for more than twenty-five years. From humble beginnings, John’s fascination with business success was first discovered in the Advertising Industry, which later blossomed in a Fortune 500 consulting company, and then in rapid growth environments in CEO roles in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
His perspective on business success includes dismal failures along with significant triumphs. John’s personal values resonate throughout the companies he runs and these values are evident in the behaviour and passion that every single one of John’s employees demonstrates on a daily basis.

Pramesh Gunasekara – Director/Partner
Pramesh has 23 years’ experience working as an accountant with international banks in senior positions. His last role was at Westpac, as a Senior Manager - Tax, managing a local team as well an international team of over 30 team members. He is an ACMA and an associate Chartered Accountant.
Pramesh specialises in SMSF’s, property and construction clients.
Fahad Siddiqui – Director/Partner
Fahad has 20 years experience as a chartered accountant and a CPA and has held senior positions with big 4 accounting firms (PWC and KPMG) as well as fortune 500 companies in various jurisdictions. His last appointment was with Lloyds banking group as the Senior Manager Finance in Australia.
Fahad specialises in medical doctors and practices.
We currently have a team of 6 accountants with 2 offshore assistants in our Accounting arm and have a dedicated team servicing both the Financial Planning arm to provide wealth advice and the Mortgage Broking arm to provide lending services to all our clients.
All these services as a whole, have provided us a great opportunity to build our business and cater to all our clients’ needs.
Our accounting practice has grown over the last four years by 80%.
We service a broad range of clients and offer multiple services. Our services include Bookkeeping, Virtual CFO services, Accounting and Financial Management (includes Cash Flow Management), Taxation and Advisory services, Wealth management, Estate Planning, Mortgage Broking services, Debt structuring services, Debt consolidations services etc.
Our clients vary from Medical practices, Engineering companies, Builders and Developers etc, with a fee base of $5k to $60k per annum. We currently service over 60 SMSF’s and over 400 SME’s.
