Key Event Restrictions and Personal Responsibilities
Our event world is very different to pre COVID times and therefore there are a number of key restrictions and personal responsibilities you need to read and agree to “Prior” to completing your registration.
It is a privilege in these times to once again come together and we have combined these restrictions & personal responsibilities for the benefit of all attendees, to the best of our ability.
NOTE: Unfortunately, non-compliance with any of these restrictions and personal responsibilities will lead to you being asked to leave the event and no refund will be forthcoming.
IMPORTANT
If for any reason on the lead up to the Event you:
- feel unwell and are going to be tested for COVID-19
- Are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test
- Have travelled from Victoria or have come in contact with someone with COVID-19, within the last 14 days
- have been requested to, or are self-isolating for any reason
please inform us prior to event and we will transfer your booking to the following month or months depending on your situation
Venue Registration
1) Please arrive 30 minutes prior to event commencing so we can get all attendees into the event on time
2) Prior to entering the venue “Do Not” mingle in the car park
3) As per NSW Government guidelines with respect to indoor areas, if you have a face mask you are encouraged to wear this where practical during before, during & after the event
4) Observe the 1.5 metre social distancing rule at all times in and out of the venue
5) “Do Not” have physical contact with another attendee or patron at any time
6) “Do Not” Mingle once inside the venue and observe the 1.5 metre rule when lining up to be registered into the venue
7) One of our “SHBC COVID Marshalls” will be at the venue registration area in addition to the venue staff to assist all attendees
8) Go to the Venue’s registration area observing all of the above & then proceed directly to the event registration area for that venue as directed
Event Registration
1) One of our “SHBC COVID Marshalls” will be at the outside the event registration area in addition to any the venue staff to assist all attendees
2) Again, “Do Not” Mingle whilst lining up to go into the room and observe the 1.5 metre rule at all times
3) “Do Not” have physical contact with another attendee or patron at any time
4) When you check in at the event desk please have your smart phone available with the camera function on to scan the QR event code that allows for contact tracing to occur if required at a later stage
5) Once you have registered you will be allocated your table number, which has a maximum of 4 people per table
Escort To Your Table & Event Restrictions
6) An SHBC COVID Marshall will then escort you directly to your table of 4 where you must stay for the duration of the event.
7) There is only Table Beverage Service available at the event and this will be undertaken by the venue staff
8) The only reason you can leave your table and that is to go to the toilet and again all social distancing rules & contact rules as listed above apply i.e. remain at 1.5 metre’s and no physical contact with any other person
9) All meals will be served to the table by the venue staff and will be cleared once the lunch Aspect of the event is over
10) During the event there is “No Mingling” allowed between tables and failure to observe this key restriction will lead to you being asked to leave the event immediately with no refund available.
Post The Event
1) SHBC COVID Marshalls will be at key checkpoints leading out of the event
2) Again, “Do Not” Mingle whilst leaving the venue and observe the 1.5 metre rule at all times
3) “Do Not” have physical contact with another attendee or patron at any time
4) Again, “Do Not” Mingle in the car park post event and observe the 1.5 metre rule at all times
