About the Presenters:
Jeremy Carter is the CEO of Rapport Leadership International in Australia. In the subsequent two years, he increased revenue by 62% without increasing headcount. Since leaving the corporate world, he has worked for twelve years as a leading business and executive coach, winning numerous awards and recognition for both himself and his clients.
 
Marylou Stubbs is the Director of 360HR Norwest. With a successful business career spanning over 25 years, Marylou has worked closely with companies in developing and building their ‘teams of tomorrow’ by implementing proactive HR initiatives including: HR compliance and documentation, on-boarding, tailoring and developing training programs, team building projects, delivering permanent/contractor staff, change management and outplacement at times of downsizing.
