About the Presenters:
Jeremy Carter is the Chief Enthusiasm Officer of Rapport Leadership International in Australia. Jeremy started his career as a computer engineer and worked his way up to being the Oceania Managing Director of international technology company, National Instruments. In the subsequent two years, he increased revenue by 62% without increasing headcount. Since leaving the corporate world, he has worked for twelve years as a leading business and executive coach, winning numerous awards and recognition for both himself and his clients.
Eric Tjoeng is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. An MBA qualified Business Strategist, Business Growth, Future Proofing and Exit specialist, Eric has had a long and successful career in leading Australian companies in various senior roles with the likes of AVIS, Jaguar/Rover, Audi, Daimler Chrysler and Hyundai, being a General Manager of a $1.4 billion group, and the Joint CEO of CAD Partners, a leading SME Business Advisory/Financial Control Firm with more than 60 Partners, before forming his own boutique management consultancy firm, helping business owners to achieve exceptional results, as well as future-proofing their businesses, including companies in the BRW’s Fast Starters List, and many Business Award Winners.
