About the Presenter
Jeremy Carter is the Chief Enthusiasm Officer of Rapport Leadership International in Australia. Jeremy started his career as a computer engineer and worked his way up to being the Oceania Managing Director of international technology company, National Instruments. In the subsequent two years, he increased revenue by 62% without increasing headcount. Since leaving the corporate world, he has worked for twelve years as a leading business and executive coach, winning numerous awards and recognition for both himself and his clients.

John Mason is founder quality.com.au  a specialist management consultancy designing, developing, implementing and supporting quality management systems based on ISO 9001.  John has over 25 years management and technical experience in R&D, production, engineering and quality assurance. His clients are in industries such as packaging, automotive, management consultants, law, stockists, textiles, construction, stationery, information technology, industrial cleaning, labour hire, manufacturers, wholesalers and professional services. He has held chairmanships and board member roles with many NFPs and NGOs including Sydney Hills Business Chamber, Hills Schools Industry Partnership and NSW Community Housing. He is married with 3 daughters, enjoys physical fitness, personal development, ballroom dancing and travel
