Event Description:
Would you like to manage your cash flow better, understand business financials, and improve profitability?

Let’s face it. The most common reason for business failure is lack of cash flow. So, if you’re worrying about cash flow, or confusion around financials has you tossing and turning at night, then this workshop is sure to give you some helpful insight.

You don’t have to be great with numbers to attend. Just bring a calculator and your business financials to review on the day. (If you don’t have financials to bring along, that’s OK too.)

What will you get:
Understanding key financial documents (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements)
How to calculate your business break even point
Understanding the cash gap that can bring businesses down
What is margin vs markup
Why a ratio analysis is important
Benchmarking to help you judge how you’re doing relative to your competition
Budgeting and strategies to improve cash flow and profits

This workshop is suitable for:
Business owners or employees wanting to improve their financial knowledge, cash flow or profitability.
