If you want to future-proof your business and ensure you and your team are “the reason for choice and not change” during this challenging period, then this event is for you.  Justin Herald, managing director of Customer Culture,  is highly entertaining and his practical presentation will give you a great deal of take home value.

Attend this event to discover:
The 6 things customers are looking for when engaging with a business
The 5 different levels of Customer Experience
How great customer service and customer culture builds a brand faster than anything else
The “why” behind providing outstanding customer service
