Automatic invoicing with NO manual input
At BeanStork, we want to give your business one less thing to worry about: invoices.
Manually inputting invoices into your accounts system is a slow process that takes up time and effort.
BeanStork is part of a raft of emerging software products that take the tedium out of repetitive tasks like invoicing, payroll and recruitment. It does this through optical character recognition (OCR).
How it works
When you send your invoices to BeanStork, its smart OCR strips out the data. It identifies the information on the invoice – name, account, cost, etc – and exports it directly to your accounting software or as an Excel file.
All you do is attach your invoices and send them in. BeanStork handles the rest.
3 levels of service
BeanStork offers three levels of service: Small Business, Bookkeeper and Enterprise.
All three offer export to Xero or Excel, archiving, and access to future upgrades.
On the last day of each calendar month, BeanStork automatically calculates how many invoices have been uploaded for that period. Charges are then debited from your credit card, dependent on your usage and account type.
Multiple businesses, one account
Multiple businesses can be managed under one BeanStork account, each entity is assigned a separate BeanStork email address.
