Rita is a Relationships Manager and Trainer. She passionately works with individuals and micro-businesses in helping them implement proven practical strategies and methodologies that helps them grow personally and professionally.
In her previous role at Commonwealth Bank over the past 10 years, Rita mentored and coached Retail Banking staff on customer service skills, sales and compliance. Rita’s in-depth knowledge and experience in working with SME’s and Micro-business owners has given her a deeper understanding of their challenges and thereby give them a comprehensive ‘health-check’ on how best they manage their money, their goals and their investments. Rita’s personal interaction with every client has earned her the reputation and credibility within Commonwealth Bank as their top achiever within the region.
Rita also worked at Westfield Holdings and was a top achiever for 8 consecutive years and has the experience and expertise to work with micro-business owners to large corporates as a leasing manager.
