'Social' having a foundational core business objective to create a better world in practical ways and 'Enterprise' so doing this within a business framework rather than an unsustainable not-for-profit model. Our core business service is consulting to other businesses who want to receive the major benefits of Strategic Social Enterprise by having a purpose beyond the business. At a minimum this will turbo boost the emotional buy in of all stakeholders who have had a say in what that purpose is for the company thus improve teamwork and staff morale.
