We are employment relationship advisors who provide employers with an extensive range of specialist services across the three areas - Human Resources and relationships, Industrial Relations and employment law, and Leadership and Culture.
We provide advice on all aspects of the employment relationship, starting from employment contracts and policies to managing performance, and dealing with difficult employees. We also conduct workplace investigations and provide other services such as conflict management and workplace mediation. We conduct public and in-house training on all aspects of the employment relationship, including training on performance management and on bullying and harassment. We advise on company re-organisations, restructuring, divestment and purchases. We represent businesses in the Fair Work Commission, and assist companies in all aspects of enterprise bargaining, including strategy, planning and negotiation.
While we are not a recruitment firm, we can assist companies in the design and selection process for key roles. This includes designing a psychometric assessment for a particular role. We also design and deliver training on leadership and culture for front line leaders and Managers, and also provide one on one coaching for senior executives.
