Anthony Montibeler - Managing Director

Anthony started his career in the Information Technology industry as a Mainframe Computer Operator and worked up to the position of Operations Analyst.

After 13 years Anthony was provided an opportunity to enter the Strata Industry. Seizing the opportunity Anthony quickly came to understand the need for sound systems & processes that are required to ensure schemes are managed to their full potential.

Anthony spent 10 years with a prominent Strata Management company in the Parramatta area where he developed both his Strata Management & business operation skills.

An opportunity arose to join his wife Debbie to fulfil a career goal of starting a strata company which saw the formation of Norwest Strata Management.

Anthony’s strengths lie in his IT background and knowledge gained in all areas of Strata Management. Strong customer service skills backed with sound building maintenance & construction knowledge provide an extra level of expertise to the management of all schemes.

Anthony’s focus will be to oversee the operation of the business and to support Debbie with the day to day management of all Strata & Community Schemes.

Debbie Montibeler - Licensed Strata Manager

Debbie started in Strata Management 17 years ago as an assistant and quickly showed a keen interest in strata.

There was a rapid progression from assistant to Strata Manager where Debbie has gained a wealth of knowledge and honed her ability to efficiently service all schemes managed.

Debbie’s strengths are efficiency, knowledge in compliance, debt recovery and constant follow up on outstanding issues to ensure that matters are completed promptly.

Work Health & Safety, and compliance are key areas that Debbie excels at as safety is paramount for residents, owners & contractors who attend properties. With a sound understanding of the legislation surrounding these areas you will always be given thorough advice in these matters.

Debbie has built strong relationships with her owners & committees that she has managed over the last 17 years. Debbie has a proven track record with her management skills resulting in a loyal following by her clients.

This sees Debbie now entering the next phase of her career as a business partner where her skillset combined with Anthony’s will offer a new level of service to all clients.
