The Hills Grammar School

Hills Grammar is a truly independent, co-educational, Pre-K to Year 12 school in the Hills District. Pre-schoolers to HSC students all occupy the same campus, creating a strong, vibrant community of learners.
The Hills Grammar Original ‘Deeper Water, Deeper Learning’ philosophy centres around Guided Inquiry, developing authentic and creative contexts to stimulate student learning.
In the Early Childhood Education Centre, our young learners engage in creative play whilst building on the foundations of literacy and numeracy. Junior School students enjoy a progressive blend of connected curriculum and specialist education, promoting curiosity, questioning and wonder. Students in the Senior School develop a deep understanding and love of learning, emerging as confident thinkers, engaged citizens and leaders.
With purposefully small class sizes and peer groups, our students enjoy personalised attention and individualised learning. Our enriched curriculum is supported by an extensive co-curricular program and an integrated student wellbeing system.
