About Our Speakers:
Danica Leys (CEO of Country Women’s Association of NSW)
Danica has extensive experience working in and for the regions, having previously held senior policy and legal roles. She has also spent time in Central West and North West NSW as an agronomist. 
Danica holds a Bachelor of Agriculture (Honours) and a Bachelor of Law, is an admitted solicitor in NSW, and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course. She is also an appointed Board Member on the Greater Sydney Local Land Services board.

Gelina Talbot - NSWPF Assistant Commissioner (Assistant Commissioner/Commander Capability, Performance and Youth Command).
Gelina Talbot has served in the NSWPF for over 30 years, making significant contributions to front line policing, community safety and crime prevention in various metropolitan, regional and rural communities. 
In February 2021, Assistant Commissioner Talbot was appointed Commander for Capability, Performance and Youth Command; and Chief Risk Officer. 
She is the Corporate Sponsor for Youth, Crime Prevention and Sexuality, Gender Diversity and Intersex; a member of the Pride in Diversity Australian Executive Committee and LGBTIQ Ambassador on the NSW Police Force Diversity and Inclusion Council. 
Gelina is a member on the PCYC Executive Board and NSW Police Force representative on the Youth Justice Service Young Offenders Review Panel.
