I’m a leadership coach, trainer, facilitator, and speaker based out of Sydney, and I work online, onstage and in person.

My expertise lies at the intersection of educational excellence, leadership development, and organisational growth. I come with over 20 years of experience in operational, team, and executive leadership roles, and an educational background which includes a decade in tertiary and vocational contexts and a Masters in Business Leadership. All of this experience has embedded a passion in me to craft engaging learning experiences that improve leadership capability and culture at every level of the organisation.
