C&M Consulting Engineers provides due diligence services, feasibility studies, master planning, concept and detailed design, project management and contract administration services for both civil and hydraulic engineering works and projects.


HISTORY

C&M Consulting Engineers was founded by Gary Chan, Anthony Mancone and Edward Shin.

Gary’s expertise was hydraulic engineering with a particular emphasis on building and fire services design whilst Anthony and Edward had a broad range of experience in all facets of civil engineering design and management ranging from:

- subdivisions
- earthworks
- road
- stormwater drainage
- flooding to water supply and sewerage infrastructure.

The trio had been working together as a team for many years within a well-known engineering consultancy and had formed a great working relationship and friendship not only between themselves but also with their clients.

With encouragement from their clients, they formed C&M Consulting Engineers in 2006. It was clear that their clients not only wanted the services of good engineers providing “Quality Design Solutions” but that they also wanted to work with people that they respected and got on well with.

GOAL

When the Director’s started C&M, their goal was for the Company to one day be a “Well Known and Reputable Engineering Consultancy”. They believe that this has been achieved by way of example of the repeat business from their clients who are continuously impressed with C&M’s work. In exchange, their clients often refer new people to C&M seeking the “Quality Design Solutions” provided by the Company.

PURPOSE

We believe that the Company exists to “Design quality infrastructure that people can use every day”.

Examples of this purpose can be seen in some of the projects that C&M has completed to date including Liverpool and Bega Hospitals, Top Ryde City Residential Towers, Viking Apartments at Waterloo, Bunnings Warehouse (Multiple Stores), West Ryde Village, Norwest Town Centre and various land subdivision projects.

“Quality Design Solutions” is what is delivered to their Clients continuously, and it is the reason why their Client’s keep coming back for more.
