    We see our position as the conveyancer in your transaction similar to a project manager for your entire sale or purchase. It's our job to make sure each step and milestone towards settlement occurs on time. We also keep track that all parties meet their obligations under the Contract.

    In the Hills District, we provide you with legal advice on the Contract and your legal rights and obligations. We coordinate and manage communication between all the parties in the matter and assist you in navigating the buying/selling process.
