Facilitation of reviews and implementation of WH&S strategic plans over multiple sites.
Conducting WH&S Due Diligence and Commercial Risks activities.
Building strong relationships, negotiating and collaborating with key leaders, contractors and team members at all levels.

Implementing comprehensive online Safety Contractor Management Systems that ensure contractors are pre-approved to engage in projects.
Leading and motivating workplace teams.
Developing and presenting WH&S training and assessment programs for staff and contractors.
Chairing meetings with Project Managers, Technicians and Consultants to utilise their experience to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Planning and leading industry committee meetings. -
