Garden View Care Disability Services a registered NDIS provider specialising in mental health and complex disabilities. We offer a range of services designed to support individuals in achieving their goals, including tailored accommodations, in-home support, Community Participation, Nursing, support coordination, and more.

OUR SERVICES:

Support Coordination - includes Specialist Support Coordination

- Supported Independent Living or Short-Term Accommodation in a modern spacious luxury living home. HPS, SDA etc. Our SIL supports assist Participants with managing the responsibilities of living in your own home independently as possible.

- In-Home Support and Community Participation with focus helping Participants received tailored support services that will enable them to live as long as they could in the comfort of our home while being active in the community

- Nursing services such as: Diabetic care, Wound care, Enteral feed management, Continence assessment and care, Catheter care etc

- Domestic Assistance

- Behavior Management

-Specialised Substitute Residents Care (SSRC) for children from 7-16years. We are registered with NSW Office of the Children's Guardian.

-Our organisation is child safe - We puts the best interests of children and young people first.
