JEM Finance Group was established in 2016 by Director, Jonathan Streater with a view to offer a unique alternative to our competitors in obtaining finance. The differentiation is through our industry experience, contacts and our additional service offerings.

Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, specialising in Credit Risk and Relationship Management in Sales, which included a Senior Leadership role as a State Manager in Corporate Credit Risk for one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

Jonathan has a wealth of experience in the entire credit life cycle ranging from origination (lending) through to exit strategies (debt recovery including bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings). Jonathan has built an extensive knowledge of Retail, Small Business, Corporate, Audit, and, Debt Recoveries, across all industry sectors and has a sound experience in structuring transactions within Australia and internationally, together with Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Problem Solving and Resiliency.

JEM Finance Group work with a large panel of banks and lenders with access to over 30 lenders to source the most competitive finance offer available. The finance industry is rapidly changing and we make it our business to keep up-to-date with lender policy and product changes as they happen.
