With small groups of 6-8 business owners, you experience an empathetic, supportive environment to share your concerns and challenges (and wins!!). Your team is made of businesses from non-competitive markets, ensuring confidentiality – an essential key of the Mentor2Mentor group process.

Bev Barnfather is the Mentor2Mentor Chair
She is well-known and highly respected. She loves connecting with people and building great relationships. She is a consummate networker and enjoys assisting and supporting others. She always goes the extra mile in life and business.

Bev has owned and run several businesses including The Golden Ladle (a Corporate Catering Company – 17 years), TBF Investments (a Family Financial Planning company – 12 years) and is currently the owner of Ladybird Group/Ladybird Gifts (a Corporate Gift Company – 12 years), Tluda (an Adult On-line Gift Company – 18 months) and now Mentor2Mentor.

Bev’s Mentorship qualifications include:

• 2019 Mentor for the Mulpha Mentoring Programme in the Hills

Bev practices what she preaches and is herself an active member of an Advisory Board in the City. She truly understands the power and value of such a group.

• Face to face meeting once a month
• Enjoy exclusivity within your group (one industry sector per group)
• Meetings run from 9.30am – 2.30pm
• Enjoy complimentary morning tea and lunch
• Fortnightly zoom catch up sessions to “check in” and receive further help if/ where needed
