OUR HISTORY
Response Real Estate Pty Ltd commenced trading in February 2000 and is owned and operated by Principals Geoffrey Blaauw and Anthony Pereira. The basis for the foundation of Response was to open a business that would encourage staff development and allow opportunities for advancement. The business name 'RESPONSE' was chosen after much research and it was determined that such a name would promote visions of receptiveness to potential clientele. The organisation is premised on a culture of providing responsive and pro-active service through high levels of personal communication, leading edge technology, innovative marketing, and professionalism.
OUR MISSION
Response directors and staff believe that superior customer service underpins everything else they do. It's of little value having exceptional marketing strategies to draw people to the business if the customer experience does not match the rhetoric.
Superior customer service leads to a good reputation for which the company is renowned, but this has not come about by accident. A good reputation is earned. The response has the systems in place to ensure that delivery of excellent service is consistent, monitored and revised in line with feedback.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Since its establishment Response has been committed to community support within the local area. The groups and organisations that Response lend their assistance to extend across a wide range of causes from local to national level. The Response teams are encouraged to play their part in their community on an individual basis too.
