What I have learned with these combined skill sets and varied roles, is that everything is about the people and what they want to do.

If you then either develop or provide solutions that suits the potential clients needs and importantly fits with the organisation's needs, then 9 times out of 10 you will have a winning strategy for all.

I have also learned you can turn your mind to anything once you have learned the basic keys to any role or organisation, providing you are passionate about the role and its outcomes for the clients & stakeholders, which in turn fulfils and drives you to not only meet objectives but exceed them.

Attitude is everything and you have to be passionate with what you do professionally as otherwise what is the point if you are solely income focused

Additionally giving back to community is extremely important to me and over the years i have ben involved in many organisation's.

Currently I am a member of the NSW SES Blacktown Unit where i assist in our membership and initial training team as well as being a truck driver and team leader for our unit.

Additionally i have just joined the Western Sydney Corporate Charity Lunch Committee and this speaks to my passion for Greater Western Sydney as per my previous role as the Vice President of the Chamber Alliance of Western Sydney and also its philanthropic purpose to give back to specific charities.

All in All I am an allrounder with diverse experience over numerous industries and a range of skill sets, backed up by a huge dose of common sense and a desire to get things done.
