    WISE Employment is a not-for-profit employment services provider. Since 1992, we have been connecting and empowering job seekers and employers because we believe our community benefits when everyone is supported to achieve their potential.


    Our Rouse Hill site provides employment under the Australian Government's Disability Employment Services (DES) contract. We empower job seekers to find meaningful work and become self-sufficient, and we help employers to find the right staff by understanding their needs and providing them with workers from diverse backgrounds.

    We also work with school-leavers living with disability, assisting them in the transition to the workforce by finding their career path and goals for the future.
